Требования к рукописям статей,
поступающим в журнал «Обсерватория культуры»
• Редакция принимает ранее не опубликованные статьи.
• При решении о публикации принимаются во внимание актуальность темы, четкая
постановка исследуемой проблемы и логика ее решения. В статье должны быть
представлены научные или прикладные результаты исследования, сделаны
соответствующие выводы.
• Редакция сообщает автору о решении редколлегии по поводу публикации
в течение 2-х месяцев со дня регистрации рукописи в редакции.
• Объем рукописей не должен превышать 35—40 тыс. знаков. Превышение объема
может служить основанием для отказа в публикации.
• Правила оформления статьи:
рукописи принимаются по электронной почте в виде текстового файла в формате
Word. Форматирование не допускается;
оформление сносок и примечаний в пределах статьи должно быть единообразным.
Желательна сплошная нумерация сносок.
• Статья завершается списком литературы, составленным в порядке упоминания
в тексте статьи. Ссылки на литературу в тексте даются в квадратных скобках,
в которых помещается порядковый номер источника и номера страниц.
• К рукописям прилагаются:
резюме статьи объемом не более 400 знаков и список ключевых слов (не менее 8)
на английском и русском языках; классификационные индексы ББК и УДК;
сведения об авторе: фамилия, имя, отчество полностью; ученые степени
и звания; должность и место работы.
• Плата за публикацию статей не взимается.

SUMMARIES
Crisis of Western European Culture of the Beginning of XX Century and Reception of Oriental Cultures (by Mikhail
Grishin) analyzes the crisis of the European culture as the crisis of Christian consciousness in the context of reception
of Oriental cultures. Dehumanization of the European culture as a result of crisis of Christian consciousness led to
the necessity to compensate the lost values at the expense of reception to Oriental cultures.

The Monologue Factor in Intercultural Communication: Pseudodialogue? (by Victoria Goncharova) addresses the

intercultural misunderstanding. The author makes the supposition of the stereotype thinking as the principal of
intercultural perception.

modern organization are examined as well as formation stages of positive constructive sociocultural environment.

pseudoactivity and finds them in organizational dysfunction and in the need of a person to adapt at the workplace
for survival and solve his own problems.

investigated. The examples of relevant films are given.

Historical Landscape of the Men’s of the Sixties View (by Helen Serebrjakova) researches some questions of social
history from points of view of the representatives of liberal Soviet intelligentsia of 1960 years. As examples the books
by A. Solzhenitsyn «The Oak and the Calf» and R. Orlova’s memories were considered. The author makes the following
conclusion: the understanding of social history is determined by the philosophical and ethical positions of these
writers. Solzhenitsyn has the position of the rational positivism, Orlova has one of existential tragedy. These directions
in the interpretation of social history problems were so typical for Soviet intelligentsia of 1960 years.

Heritage the Soviet Men of the Sixties: of Current Interest or Behind the Times? (by Olga Matveewa) presents a
comparative analysis of contemporary exhibitions of nonconformist and socialist realist artists in Moscow and SaintPetersburg,
explores reasons why it is possible to see those works of art nowadays. It also includes applied results
of the research, dedicated to informal painting in Leningrad, looks at the lack of research of non-conformists, and
aspects of the art popularization of 1960-s.

Roerich Pact and Social Movement in Favour of the Protection of Cultural Heritage (by Yulia Spiridonova) proposes
the periodization of social movement in favor of protection of cultural heritage that emerged in late 1920-s and
starting from the 1990-s has turned to global Roerich movement. Roerich Pact (1935) limited by the member-states
of one continent has caused world-wide public repercussions. The author proposes the movement’s periodization,
in which the movement purposes and applicable forms and methods serve as a basic criterion.

The Magic World of Illustrations by «N.Zh.» Monogram (by Elena Korvatskaya) explores life and work of Nadezhda
Ivanovna Zhivago, a talented painter that greatly enriched the art of children`s book design. The author researches
and analyses Zhivago`s books design art features in context of the book art progress in Russia at the late XIX —
beginning of the XX century.

study of the origin, development, transformation of ancient new year’s festive rite “Novruz”, its role for conservation
of the spiritual heritage and cultural uniqueness of Shia Muslims in Caucasian region in modern condition.

On Probability or Impossibility of the Interpretation of M.V. Lomonosov’s Heritage from the Standpoint
of Philosophy of Art (by Sergey Troizky). The author provides a look at Lomonosov’s views on art influenced by
Kh. Wolff’s philosophy. The impossibility of philosophy of art in itself is substantiated as well as inconsistency of
the term «philosophy of art» applied to M. Lomonosov. The intellectual, ideological, and philosophical contexts of
Lomonosov’s works are analyzed.

Wonder of Charles Dickens (by Nataliya Bogatireva) is devoted to life and work of Charles Dickens. It is concentrated
on appreciation of Dickens’s novels by his contemporaries — russian writers. The author pays attention to Dickens’s
religious views as he was a deeply religious person and in his novels confirmed christian values: love for people,
tolerance and humbling, soulful benevolence.

Contradictions of Science and Education of Late Capitalism Period (by Nikolay Ragozin) gives social and philosophic
analysis of nature of knowledge and education in contemporary society. Transformation of science and
education into society’s actual productive force is commonly acknowledged. This process is studied in the article
as obtaining capital by producing force of science and education, and the author takes an effort to enlighten contradictions
and problems of the process. Also the essence of the following concepts is studied: ‘education services’,
‘public good’, ‘society of knowledge’, ‘human capital’.

The Culturological Educational Discourse (by Marina Plemenjuk) defines the theoretical grounds of teaching
methods of the culture studies as a general educational discipline.

The Educational Capacities of Culture Ideals: the Example of the Eiffel Tower (by Maria Tarasova) is dedicated
to the investigation of educational capacities of culture ideals on the example of the Eiffel Tower, chosen from the
sphere of technical culture. It is proved that the ideal-creating process organized by such culture subjects as an
individual and the technical ideal of the Eiffel Tower is capable of many-sided educational activity. The aspects of

educational creation of a human being, the world outlook and the formation of the culture system are explored in
the article.

Discourse on the Relationship between the Concepts of Genre in Literary Theory (by Salida Sharifova) deals with
comparison of traditional and communicative understanding of genre. The author, using the communicative methodology,
differs the terms «genre», «mode» and «type» of art work. Particular attention is paid to the correlation of
semantic nucleus and other elements of genre. The article reveals the essence of the process of «substitution».

Intertextuality and Intermediality in Texts of Culture (by Natalia Stepanova) provides a comparative analysis
of the wide and narrow variants of concepts «intertextuality» and «intermediality». The «text» means any connected
complex of signs, any semantically significant system. The functions of intertextuality and intermediality
in advertising texts are also considered.

The Paradigm of Superhuman Consciousness in Russian Lyric (by Alla Radionova) considers the paradigm of
superhuman consciousness in Russian lyric poetry. It is studied how russian lyric poetry reveals the problem of
consciousness. There have been discovered and characterized such modifications of superhuman consciousness as
Divine, Worldly, Cosmic, Mythological, Natural.

The Threat of Culture Dehumanization and Religion in D. Merezhkovsky’s Philosophy (by Sergey Belchevichen)
consides the evolution of D. Merezhkovsky`s views on the problem of dehumanization of contemporary european
culture (the late XIX-early XX century). Being guided by Sovovyov`s philosophy and polemicizing with representatives
of various philosophical schools D.S. Merezhkovsky creates a religious ideal of the cultural future based on
the ideas of neo- christianity.

Nietzscheanian as a Biographical Type: to Legitimation of the Concept (by Lyudmila Artamoshkina) introduces
the concept of a”biographical type” to define the processes revealing specific interaction of two cultural realities —
social and personal. It also explores the readers’ role in the emergence of a Nietzscheanian as a biographical type
as well as the role of biographical type in cultural and historical self-definition of the relevant generation. The
cultural typifying processes resulting from the readers’ understanding of the epoch of particular texts and images
on the background of general cultural tendencies are also analized.

The State Duma as a Myth:Political Journalism of the Early XX Century on Russian Public
Consciousness (by Oleg Kazhanov) is devoted to the analysis of the public poltical consciousness in domestic political
journalism of the early XX century, the analysis is given on the basis of publications of P. Milyukov and A. Izgoev.
These publications target the role of Russian traditional mentality in perception of public representation institution
as a power “innovation” in the frameworks of political modernization carried out at the time.

The Fabric and Myth (by Lyudmila Sinitzyna) deals with the mythological understanding of textile craft in a traditional
society in which it is associated with process of creation of the Universe. The mythology of many nations
has kept the ancient images and has brought them up to our time. The symbolic essence of the fabric and the tools,
