ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОЙ СЛУЖБЫ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ СТАТИСТИКИ
Россия в цифрах
В кратком статистическом сборнике публикуются основные показатели, характеризующие
социально-экономическое положение России в 2009 г. в сравнении с рядом
предшествующих лет.
Представлены информация, содержащая описание географического положения
Российской Федерации, сведения о природных ресурсах, национальном богатстве и
окружающей среде.
Приведены данные, отражающие демографические процессы, проблемы занятости
и безработицы, денежные доходы населения. Помещена информация о социальной сфере,
науке, инновациях и информационных технологиях, финансовом состоянии, инвестициях,
ценах и тарифах. Представлены сведения о производстве валового внутреннего продукта
и его использовании. Один из разделов сборника содержит общую характеристику
предприятий и организаций, информацию о малом предпринимательстве, деятельности
организаций с участием иностранного капитала и о приватизации.
Публикуется информация о деятельности организаций добывающих и обрабатывающих
производств, производства и распределения электроэнергии, газа и воды. Часть
материалов сборника освещает положение в организациях отдельных видов экономической
деятельности - сельского и лесного хозяйства, рыболовства и рыбоводства, строительства,
транспорта, в организациях, обслуживающих население. Приведены
результаты конъюнктурных обследований деловой активности организаций добывающих,
обрабатывающих производств, производства и распределения электроэнергии, газа и
воды, строительства и розничной торговли.
Внешнеэкономическая деятельность представлена данными о платежном балансе
Российской Федерации и внешней торговле. Приведена информация по международным
сравнениям России с некоторыми зарубежными странами.

Издание содержит исторические сведения о зарождении государственных
статистических органов в субъектах Российской Федерации, расположенных на
территории Северо-Западного федерального округа, их развитии и современном
состоянии. Книга состоит из нескольких разделов: раздел «О региональной системе
государственной статистики России» посвящен общим принципам становления и
развития органов государственной статистики в стране от ее зарождения в начале
XIX века до наших дней; раздел «Становление и развитие государственной
статистики в субъектах Российской Федерации, входящих в состав СевероЗападного
федерального округа, составлен из статей, отражающих специфику
исторического развития и современного состояния органов статистики каждого
из субъектов; включены разделы «История административно-территориального
деления Северо-Запада России» и «Хронология важнейших событий в государственной
статистике России».
Материал сопровождает большое количество фотографий разных лет,
таблицы, схемы, карты.
Для широкого круга читателей, интересующихся историей развития государственной
статистической службы в Северо-Западном федеральном округе.

Akatkin Yu. M. , Laikam. K.E. Methodological problems of unified description of statistical indicators to be used for interagencies
information resources.
Key words: inter-agencies information resources, statistical indicator, electronic government.
The article justifies the necessity of unified concept for description of statistical indicators, unified format for inter-agencies
information exchange, unified approach to data storage. Authors propose how to resolve these problems on the basis of more
strict (precise) definition of statistical indicator in line with SDMX (Statistical Data and Metadata Exchange) and modification
of classifications to support the unified description of statistical indicators.
Pashintseva N.I. Development of the unified inter-agencies information and statistical system (UIAISS).

The current works on development of the unified inter-agencies information and statistical system are characterized. To
monitor results of the public authorities activity and their effectiveness it is necessary to include the target statistical indicators
for the Main direction of the Russian Government activity up to 2012 in the list of UIAISS statistical measures.
Sablina E.A. Conceptual peculiarities of statistical research of state finances stability.
Key words: state finances, consolidate budget, external (internal) factors of budget stability
The author considers that the strategy of state finances development in Russia should be determined by two directions:
stability and effective use of budget resources. In this context statistical methodology for the analysis of factors of consolidate
budget revenue stability and the assessment of budget resources effectiveness at regional level are proposed
Zhichkin U.V. On the question of the necessity of improving methods of development of balance of money income and
expenditure of the population.

From the authors point of view major limitations of the acting methodology to calculate the balance of money income and
expenditures of population are as follows: 1)Change in dept to credit granted to individuals is shown only in Balances items
of expenditure and 2) methodological approaches to estimation of hidden wages value (not registered officially) are not
revealed.
Shakhotko L.P. Role of migration in the reproductively of population of the Republic Belarus.
Keywords: reproductively of population, migration, demographic security.
The Peculiarities of migration flows in the Republic of Belarus in 1990th
and in the first decade of the XXI century are revealed
in this article. It explains why though the majority of target indicators of the National Program of the Demographic Defence of
the Republic of Belarus in 2007-2010 are successfully implemented, the demographic situation in general continues to be
complicated. The author proves the necessity of effective management of international migration processes, because for one
thing the intense influx of migrants in the country is insignificant, and then again large migration flows will cause the need to
solve great number of new problems concerning adaptation migrants in the country.

Trofimova I.N., Russia in BRIC: competitiveness and modern challenges
Key words: BRIC, competitiveness, external trade, productivity, technological resources, the world economic crisis
Reflected are the history of the group of countries, analysis of their economics and competitiveness. As it was estimated at
the beginning of 2000-ies that Brazil, Russia, India and China (BRIC group) are the most fast growing countries and can be
considered as very perspective and attractive for investments. A conclusion is made that Russia economy is lagging behind its
BRICs colleagues and must undertake enormous efforts to become a super-economy of XXI century in reality.
Zhukovskaja V.M. Dynamics and structure of the BRIC countries foreign trade: comparative analyzes.
Keywords: BRIC, international division of labour, internal market, foreign trade, import substitution, export-oriented model
of development.
It is stated that BRIC countries - Brazil, Russia, India, China - side by side with big differences have a number of common
grounds. Comparison of results of foreign trade complexes development of the four countries over last two decades demonstrate
the advantages of :
- maintaining control of the economy, including the foreign trade;
- retaining the possibility to influence the market mechanism in the interest of the national development, ensuring the
progressive modernization with due regard for national specifics.

the Russian Federation.
