АннотацияThe article touches upon the problem of regulating linguistic and extralinguistic information in translation that is considered as a stochastic process. Gains and losses on this way can be viewed based on such principles of regulating information as linear, combinatorial and probabilistic. The informational approach to translation allows investigating such phenomenon as residual entropy of the individual literary text and its role in choosing most appropriate if not accurate interlingual compatibles.
