One of the main tasks of the manual is to consolidate the theoretical material studied by the students in the first term of the Master Program. The manual also includes the issues of electromagnetic compatibility in electrical supply systems with the object under study – the interaction of the system «power supply network – consumer». It allows a student to better understand the physical processes running not only during the interaction of consumer power supply systems and power networks but also during the processes of consumer interactions. The authors analyze the quality of consumer electrical power supply on the basis of the system operating conditions in accordance with STANDARD 32144-2013.

Целью данного пособия является учебно-методическое обеспечение системы образования Новосибирского государственного технического университета. Пособие содержит англоязычные тексты по специальным тематикам, затрагивающим различные радиоэлектронные системы и комплексы, а также разработанный на их основе комплекс заданий, ориентированных на взаимосвязанное формирование умений иноязычного чтения, письма и говорения в контексте английского для профессиональных целей. Пособие также включает дополнительные задания по развитию навыков перевода и говорения.

Исследована теплопроводность поликристаллических тонких пленок Pb0.96Mn0.04Se в области температур 77–320 К. Установлено, что рассеяние фононов на границах кристаллитов и поверхности пленки являются незначительным, что следует из факта отсутствия зависимости решеточной теплопроводности от толщины и размеров кристаллитов c d = 3,0÷5,0 мкм. В исследуемых образцах рассеяние фононов в основном происходит на дефектах, связанных с несовершенством структуры пленок и атомов примеси

Дана краткая информация по объединенным выставкам Testing & Control – 2015 и NDT Russia – 2015, которые прошли в выставочном комплексе «Крокус» с 27 по 29 октября 2015 г. в Москве. В экспозиции выставок было показано испытательное и контрольно-измерительное оборудование одновременно с приборами и средствами НК и ТД. Представлен аналитический обзор оборудования, которое демонстрировалась на стендах участников мероприятия по функциональным группам
