随着社会主义市场经济的发展,国内人才市场的供需结构发生了深刻变化。为了贯彻 《国务院关于大力发展现代职业教育的决定》的精神,全面落实《面向 21 世纪教育振兴 行动计划》中提出的职业教育课程改革和教材建设规划,在以“就业为导向”和“以企业 用人标准为依据”的前提下,我们充分考虑各地不同的办学条件,精心编写了本书。 具体来说,本书具有以下几个特点。 1.贴近实际、汲取众长。传统教材内容偏深、偏难,远离中职学生的学习心理和学 习能力。本书在编写过程中,针对这一情况,组织有丰富教学经验的一线教学人员,深入 分析中职学生的学习现状,调研了同类学校和几十家企业,广泛听取各方意见,力求贴近 实际,适应中职学生的学习特点。 2.体例新颖,内容连贯。本书采用项目化教学模式,每个项目包含若干教学任务, 任务中强化实训过程,明确按照“校企零对接”和“教、学、练、做”一体化的模式进行, 使理论知识、实践技能与实际应用紧密结合,保证学习内容的连贯性,有助于培养学生的 动手操作能力。 3.内容生动,深入浅出。本书结合中职学生厌学和学习能力较差的特点,力求做到 “趣、易、具、细”。在课程安排上,我们本着理论知识“必需、实用、够用”的方针, 删除了一些较难的理论知识;以动手能力的形成和提高为目标,内容编排极力体现由浅入 深的原则,便于学生对相关技能的操作过程有直观、清晰地认识。 本书由陈清泉担任主编,陶波担任副主编,冯大军、贾宗太、韩凤华和李林清参与 编写。 由于编者经历和水平有限,书中难免存在疏漏和不当之处,敬请读者批评指正。 本书在编写过程中,参考了大量相关资料和教材,在此向这些资料和教材的作者表示 衷心的感谢。 另外,本书配有丰富的教学资源包,读者可登录北京金企鹅联合出版中心的网站 (www.bjjqe.com)下载。 编 者 2015 年 6 月
