АннотацияThe study guide reveals the theoretical framework of the discipline, namely: the history of origin and development, the features and nature of variety dance. The concept of variety dance and its key features are also defined. The author suggests considering variety dance as a form of theatrics and as a discipline in the professional training system of the future teacher-choreographer. The study guide presents the structure of the academic discipline and practical class, gives methodological recommendations and recommended practice for preparing and teaching a variety dance class.
