The dynamics of physical development and physical readiness of preschool age children after cochlear implantation under the infl uence of rehabilitation program (30,00 руб.)

АннотацияThe correction of children’s health with developmental disabilities, especially hearing loss is among the most actual problems of medical and physical rehabilitation. The aim of the examination was to establish the dynamics of the subjective condition, characteristics of physical development and physical f itness of children under the infl uence of the developed physical rehabilitation program, which included kinesitherapy, massage, specif ci methods of correction work with cochlear implants. There were examined nineteen pre-school children who endured cochlear implantation. It was found that children whose organism was formed under the infl uence of hearing defect, lag behind their coevals by anthropometric indices (height, body weight, circumference of chest, circumference of the shoulder, hip), speed-strength abilities of hands, strength endurance muscles of shoulder-girdle and hands, f inger level of coordination, Tapping test results, power-speed qualities of pelvic girdle and legs, static balance, fl exibility, agility (p<0.05). Designed author’s physical rehabilitation program, which included kinesitherapy (respiratory and general developmental exercises), massage (face, neck, chest), specif ci methods of correction work with cochlear implants for the development of motor activity (large and small motor skills, substantive activities) development of memory (auditory, visual, motor), perception of the world (imagination about the properties and functions of objects and their parts). Its implementation has led to the improving of investigated parameters and reducing the backlog of children who endured cochlear implantation on the parameters of their healthy coevals, and for some of them – the normalization of anthropometric indices and parameters of physical f itness (jump from their seats, tilt forward, shuttle run), which is a measure of its ef efctiveness
