АннотацияMeasurement of bucket wheel excavators` superstructure and checking of baricenter positions is one of the fundamental postulates within the control of static stability and dynamic behaviour of superstructure. Review of the measurements and baricenter position of superstructure has been given through the example of bucket wheel excavator KRUPP SchRs 1760. For the same machine an appropriate dynamical model has been formed in order to enable analysis of balance mass influence on dynamical behaviour of superstructure construction. System response has been determined for ten different balance masses. Based on the calculation results it has been deduced that the change of balance mass in domain of absolute measurement error can lead to unwanted dynamical behaviour, in other words it can lead to high tensile structure conditions.

M. Pantelic DYNAMYCAL MODEL FOR ANALYSYS OF BALANCE MASS INFLUENCE TO BUCKET WHEEL EXCAVATOR SUPERSTRUCTURE BEHAVIOUR Measurement of bucket wheel excavators` superstructure and checking of baricenter positions is one of the fundamental postulates within the control of static stability and dynamic behaviour of superstructure. <...> Review of the measurements and baricenter position of superstructure has been given through the example of bucket wheel excavator KRUPP SchRs 1760. <...> For the same machine an appropriate dynamical model has been formed in order to enable analysis of balance mass influence on dynamical behaviour of superstructure construction. <...> System response has been determined for ten different balance masses. <...> Based on the calculation results it has been deduced that the change of balance mass in domain of absolute measurement error can lead to unwanted dynamical behaviour, in other words it can lead to high tensile structure conditions. <...> INTRODUCTION Superstructure baricenter position of bucket wheel excavators dominantly effects: • static stability of bucket wheel excavator; • dynamical behaviour of superstructure`s carrying structure; of • lifetime radial-axial bearing of superstructure. <...> BREADBOARDING OF SUPERSTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION Basic task of carrying structure is to take on load caused by its own weight of substructures, devices and equipment that is necessary for machine operation, by the weight of transported and pasted soil material, by digging resistance, wind, inclination and dynamical influences, as well as to transmit them on to revolving platform, namely on to substructure with motion mechanism. <...> Carrying structure elements of bucket wheel (upper carrying structure, excavators rotor boom, portal) are mainly executed as space lattices. <...> Mentioned elements of structure are executed as plate girders or as combination of plate and lattice girders only with the smallest units (bucket wheel excavators of class I – theoretical capacity up to 630 mh /h). excavator KRUPP SchRs 1760 (picture 1). <...> Its upper carrying structure is executed as Thereon one can easily perceive the pillar (pile) which consists of two interconnected vertical lattices and Typical representative of class II is bucket wheel space Г lattice. <...> Bucket wheel excavator KRUPP SchRs 1760 balance <...>
